Position Summary | BCIT’s Human Resources department is seeking a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) HR Systems & Reporting Manager. The HR Systems & Reporting Manager provides a senior level of expertise to development of HRIS strategy and roadmap. Leads optimization of HRIS operations and services, including development of policies, practices, processes and standards; oversees all aspects of system maintenance and administration. Leads HRIS projects in collaboration with ITS, and oversees system security and access. Leads assessment of data, statistics, metrics, costing and other reporting requirements; oversees delivery of integrated HRIS solutions to meet business needs. Establishes customer service standards and practices, and ensures a high level response. Supervises HRIS & Reporting Administrators. |
