Position Summary | BCIT’s School of Health Science is seeking a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) School Development Manager. Provides direction and leadership to the School’s branding, program visibility and sustained growth in student enrolment. Participates as a member of the School’s leadership team, advising and making recommendations on key decisions, including on all aspects of marketing, public engagement outreach and strategic enrolment growth management. Under direction of the Dean, School of Health Sciences, participates and lead assigned projects/initiatives related to school’s future growth and direction. Oversees strategies for outreach to external audience on marketing and communication initiatives, as well as increasing visibility in communities contributing to the success of the School’s overall future growth, as well as potential revenue generation. Leads initiatives to optimize the School’s position in targeted sectors. Develops and drives domestic and international engagement strategies and leads initiatives in support of School and Institute goals. |
