BCIT and the School of Construction and the Environment is seeking a temporary, full-time Instructor for our Metal Fabrication team. We are currently seeking applications from individuals who hold a Red Seal certification as a Metal Fabricator and are interested in sharing their trade knowledge and abilities with future tradespersons (Foundations Students) and current industry apprentices (Apprenticeship and Part Time Studies). If you enjoy collaboration and teamwork and have a proven track record in the industry, we are interested in hearing from you.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to these duties, a person with the willingness to learn new concepts and address technical developments in their field is a must. The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate students to learn and commit themselves to excellence in instruction.
